Q: What does it mean to you to be on stage?
A: When I’m on stage, I stop managing myself. I’m fully there.
There’s no distance between what I feel and what I sing.

Q: Where does your musical language come from?
A: I grew up with this music. Gospel, Blues, Soul were always present.
They shaped how I hear harmony and emotion.

Q: Was that a conscious choice?
A: No. I never chose it. It just stayed with me.

Q: What do you need from the musicians around you?
A: Listening. People who react instead of anticipating.

Q: What do you hope remains after a show?
A: A feeling that lingers – a song replaying in your head on the drive home.
